What are TOP, MIDDLE AND BASE NOTES?

Top notes
Provide the first scent impression of a fragrance once it has been applied to the skin. They are usually lighter, more volatile aromas that evaporate readily. Their scent usually lingers for between 5 and 30 minutes.

Middle notes
Sometimes referred to as “heart notes”, make up the body of the blend. They may be evident from the start, but will usually take 10-30 minutes to fully develop on the skin. They are the notes that classify the fragrance family (floral, oriental, chypre, etc, see below).

Base Notes
Are those with the greatest molecular weight. They last the longest, and are also important as fixatives, that is, they help slow down the evaporation rates of the lighter notes, giving the fragrance holding power. Common base notes include oakmoss, patchouli, woods, musk and vanilla. A fragrance which does not have traditional top, middle and base notes is usually described as "linear".

Preserving perfume

Fragrance compounds in perfumes will degrade or break down if improperly stored in the presence of:
- Heat
- Light
- Oxygen
- Extraneous organic materials

Proper preservation of perfumes involve keeping them away from sources of heat and storing them where they will not be exposed to light. An opened bottle will keep its aroma intact for up to a year, as long as it is full or nearly so, but as the level goes down, the presence of oxygen in the air that is contained in the bottle will alter the perfume's smell character, eventually distorting them.

Perfumes are best preserved when kept in light-tight aluminium bottles or in any packaging when not in use, and refrigerated at a relatively low temperatures between 3-7 degrees Celsius. Although it is difficult to completely remove oxygen from the headspace of a stored flask of fragrance, opting for spray dispensers instead of rollers and "open" bottles will minimize oxygen exposure. Sprays also have the advantage of isolating fragrance inside a bottle and preventing it from mixing with dust, skin, and detritus, which will degrade and alter the quality of a perfume.

How to check your perfumes originality??

1st of all if imitations they will imitate exactly like ori include the box itself..they wont sell unbox perfumes..hv u seen any imitation perfumes w/o box? Why my product selling w/o box?

1. Most of my product r reject after shipping..it means the perfumes already sent to the outlet but with some reason the boxes r damaged while shipping..so they will return back to the distributor..and the distributor will keep the perfumes in their store and will sell it at the cheaper price (cos the boxes hv been thrown away)..but if the box r not too bad damaged they will keep it..

2. Somehow u may try this way to check the originality of ur perfumes..
a. Spray onto a pc of paper and left about 2 mins..u will c the paper is still wet..but if imitations it won’t stay that long cos the alcohol composition is higher than the parfume..it will evaporate..

b. Take a look under the bottles..u will c a sticker with serial code..ori perfumes will endorse the code but imi will print it..for CK brand normally the sticker is silver in color and the code is invisible..u can c the pattern but the number has no color..

c. For the easiest way try to compare perfumes from Chanel brand..the ori one hv no code but all info such as “100ml Eau De Toilette Made In France” will be printed at the bottle itself..but the imitation one will put a sticker with the same info and also no code..

d. Spray on a pc of paper and take a look under the influence of a lamp..it leave an oily stain on the paper..

Eau De Colonge (EDC):

• This type of perfume may be consider as a low grade of perfume. The parfum content is less compare to other type of perfume.
• Many believe that this type of perfume may last from 4 to 6 hrs only.
• And the price also is cheaper..

Eau De Toilette (EDT):

• Most fragrance r coming from this family type. This is the intermediate/normal class of perfume.
• Men's and Women's perfume are available from this family group..
• Many belive this type of perfume may last from 6 to 8 hrs (some can go longer)
• the price..affordable..

Eau De Parfum (EDP):

• This is the higest quality type of perfume. The parfum content is higher compared to all those classes above.
• Unfortunately EDP is only available in Women's perfumes only..men no chance..sorry!!
• Many believe this type of perfume may long last..up to 12 hrs or even more..
• The price..most expensive too..

The Secret of Perfumes...

Everybody knows how to use perfume rite.. But do u know the secret to make it last even longer??

Normally we sprayed the perfume onto our shirt or dress and a bit at the hand..at the pulse spot..
Then after a while (especially in the afternoon) we wont be able to smell the nice smell of the perfume anymore..
Then we will say “is this perfume original??..the smell doesn't long last maa”..
U know what..the truth is u r using the perfume in the wrong way..

The secret to make the fragrance last longer are:

• Spray onto ur body especially at the pulse area. Recommended to spray within neck, shoulder, and upper side of ur body.
  This is to ensure the fragrance reacts with your body liquid (sweat maybe). Only then the smell can last longer..
• Some onto ur shirt (to eliminate wardrobe smell from ur shirt)..
• Don’t be exposed to the sunlight (high temperature) for too long (i.e almost all day long). Otherwise u better bring a spare fragrance..base on Malaysia weather, within 12pm – 3.00pm is the period when temperature is at its highest. And this will cause extra fragrance to evaporate since we will also sweat too much..
  

Try to practice this advice and u will find ur fragrance is ur best friend..

FACTS BOUT REJECTS...not all rejects r done in the factory plant itself but may also occur after sale..

• After shipping reject...- after shipping reject is one of the common rejects for all products..this type of reject mostly only effect for the packing (box) but not the bottle..so they will be return to the warehouse...cos ppl won't buy any defect items at the counters..customers only demand for the perfect item even wif the box..that's y most of my products hv no boxes cos they r damaged...

• Factory reject...- it would be impossible to produce products wihout reject..most company (factory) only achive 99.8% yield (output) where 0.2% is rejected..e.g 99.8%x1000000 = 998000 bottle..the rest is rejected (2000 bottle)..why they r rejected? maybe scratches, wrong branding, or etc..these rejects r not thrown away..they hv their own vendor for disposal..hv u guys went to jln pasar? did u found electronic devices there? they r not fake item but same way wif the perfumes..rejects.. - for ur guys info..there r many manufacturer for a brand of perfume..e.g el pleasure..if u guys hv some time just go and find out at the counters..u will see some r made in switzeland and uk...let say 2000 bottles from uk and 2000 bottles from swis r rejected...it will be enuff for ppl like us to trade them...u may also compare perfumes wif other products, adidas shirt..last time they r made in us..but lately u will see they r made in indon, china, tahiland, even malaysia..perfumes r also manufactured in many countries.. - more example..hv u guys went to carrefour wangsa maju? If not u may try to go there..u will find a levis booth...all r original levis which had been rejected..r they fake? no, they r ori..ppl hv no doubt at all..but it had been sold wif lower price as they r rejected..

• Expiry...- after quite some times pefumes also will expired..let say for 1 batch is valid for 8 month..if it won't be cleared it wll be return to where it came from..(hv u guys seen gardinea ppl took back the expired buns? (same way wif the perfumes)..then manufacturer will reduce the output base on the sale demand..but the different is perfumes is still in good condition even after the date line unlike buns which will hv fungus grows on it..it only expired base on spec cos they r not updated..another example r tyres..ppl always proud buying new tyres at so much lower price..but do they know that some tyres r sold at supoer low price cos they r expired even they r unused..just hv a check at ur tyres..u will see 4 numbers endorsed there..e.g 2305...meaning is the tyre is produced from yr 2005 on the 23rd week of the year..i m not expert bout tyres but let say the expiry is 1 yr after manufactured...so some ppl will trade them at the lower price bcos they r expired..but they r not fake..

• The point is REJECTS R NOT FAKE..they r also ori but the quality is lower..not quality of the parfum but only bottles or boxes..for those who hv bought wif me..lots of thnx..if u r in a doubt just go and check the parfums at any counters..i hv done it before for confirmation..

We won't sell these perfumes at this kind of price if they r not ori..it is a sin to cheating ppl wif fake products while claiming ori..i'm only giving an option for a cheaper price..so its up to u..i believe u guys r the smart user..thanks anyway....
